DCG Cambridge House LP in partnership with the National Development Council (NDC) were awarded housing credits from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) to acquire and rehab Cambridge House Apartments. OHFA reserved annual housing credits which provided over $5MM in construction costs, closing in April 2020. Other funding partners included County Corp and Sunset Development.
Cambridge House Apartments is a multi-family Tax Credit property with 100% project-based HUD Section 8. The community has 45 units that consist of 0, 1 and 2 bedrooms.
